Single implant cost: £3,000–£3,300
A single dental implant at Hallcross Dental is priced between £3,000 and £3,300, including the titanium implant, abutment and final crown. Where a case falls within that range depends on complexity: the position of the tooth, the density and shape of the surrounding bone, and how much planning and precision the placement requires.
One thing that sets our pricing apart: this figure already includes bone grafting where it’s needed. Sometimes it isn’t obvious you’ll need a small graft until we’re in surgery and can see exactly how the bone responds to optimise the result. Rather than adding a surprise charge afterwards, we build that possibility into the quote from the start — you never pay more than the price we’ve given you.
If a CT scan and consultation show you need a more significant bone graft before an implant can be placed at all (rather than a minor graft during the procedure itself), we’ll identify this in advance, explain why, and quote for it separately and transparently before any treatment begins.
Full arch (All-on-4 / All-on-X) cost: £12,000–£17,000 per arch
Replacing a full arch of teeth with implants is priced as a fixed fee between £12,000 and £17,000 per arch. Because full-arch cases are planned in detail from CT scan through to final teeth before we start, we’re able to give you one confirmed figure rather than a running total — and we deliberately plan to avoid bone grafting wherever possible for full-arch cases.
Four factors move a case within that range:
- Material of the final teeth — acrylic is more affordable but less durable; porcelain costs more but offers greater strength and a more natural, tooth-like finish long term.
- Complexity of your case — the amount of planning, the number of implants used, and the condition of your existing bone and gum tissue.
- Immediate loading vs delayed loading — whether you leave with a functional set of teeth on the day of surgery (immediate) or wait for the implants to integrate first (delayed).
- Sedation — whether you choose to have your treatment under sedation.
Why we price this way
Very low quoted prices for implants elsewhere in Leicester often don’t include the crown, don’t include bone grafting, or assume the simplest possible case. We’d rather give you a realistic range up front — and a genuine promise not to exceed the quoted price for single implants — than a low headline figure that changes once treatment begins.
